  • Deliveries to Metropolitan France take between 3 and 6 business days, and between 5-10 days for the European Union through our carrier La Poste.
  • If you place an order after 3:00 PM*, it will be processed on the morning of the next business day.

We do our best to meet the scheduled, offered, or confirmed delivery dates. However, as this is a delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns Policy

You have a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order for any changes. Here are the important details regarding returns:

  • Any product for exchange or return must be sent back with its original packaging and labeling intact, properly packaged in its original box, and protected.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received. Damaged, used, or broken products due to lack of care or negligence will not be accepted for return.
  • Screen-printed or customized items cannot be exchanged or returned.


Refunds for purchases made on will be processed by bank transfer to the account you provided within 7 business days following the return of the purchase.


In case of return to the sender due to the impossibility of delivery due to recipient negligence, will cover all costs of the first reshipment. If the logistics company has correctly managed the delivery, will not be responsible for the reshipment. If the order was debited before shipment, the amount of the item from the order will be refunded, but not the shipping and handling fees.
