Refunds
Refunds for purchases made on www.ccusi.com will be processed by bank transfer to the account you provided within 7 business days following the return of the purchase.
Reshipment
In case of return to the sender due to the impossibility of delivery due to recipient negligence, www.ccusi.com will cover all costs of the first reshipment. If the logistics company has correctly managed the delivery, www.ccusi.com will not be responsible for the reshipment. If the order was debited before shipment, the amount of the item from the order will be refunded, but not the shipping and handling fees.
